Parent visit
We like to have the chance to meet with parents in order to explain the advantages of our program as well as familiarize you with the specifics of our school day.  It is also a time where we stress the high level of the importance of parent involvement and the partnership of St. Paul’s, student, parents.  We want each prospective family to learn as much as possible about St. Paul’s in order to make the best decision for their children.

Application:  Send the application with the application fee.
Student screening (2s-PreK) No screening required.  If the student has attended another school, we request a teacher recommendation.
Student screening (K-6) For Kindergarten and up, each child may be given an age appropriate standardized test.  For Kindergarten, the assessment will cover developmental readiness.  For grades 1-6 the material will cover subject matter in reading and math.  Each student will also do some writing and oral reading.  Testing will be performed by school personnel.

Reference form from previous teacher when applicable
A student referral form will be sent to your child’s current school/daycare.  You may help us in our process by asking the director/teacher to return the form promptly.  The Admissions Committee must receive this form, along with report cards and transcripts (if applicable), in order for the admissions process to continue.

Enrollment: Return the enrollment contract with the enrollment fee
If your child is admitted to St. Paul’s, you will receive an enrollment contract asking you to choose a payment plan. That enrollment contract must be returned to guarantee a place for your child at St. Paul’s.

Requirements upon admission

  1. A copy of your child’s birth certificate
  2. Immunization record from doctor showing required immunizations
  3. Emergency form on file
