Personal Information: I am a Wacoan by birth but
spent eleven years in the Dallas area during the first years of my
marriage to my husband, Kenny. We have a daughter, Katherine,
a freshman at Reicher and a son, William, a third-grader at St. Paul's.
We have two cats and 2 guinea pigs. The pigs are our classroom
pets in the three-year-old class. We are members of St. Paul's
church. I serve on the Youth Advisory Committee and co-teach
the adult Christian Formation class, Faith and Families, at St. Paul's. |

| Educational Information: I earned a BS degree in Home Economics
Education from Baylor. I continued my education at Texas Woman's
University in Denton with Early Childhood and English as a Second
Language certifications. |

| Professional Information: My Home Economics teaching experience
includes one year at Waco High School and eight years at Nimitz High
School in Irving. My Early Childhood experience includes one
year of half-day Kindergarten and half-day PreK in Carrollton, five
years of registered home daycare in my home, and one year as an infant
teacher at a corporate daycare center, and one-half year of three-year-olds
at St. Paul's My other work experience includes Food Service
Supervisor in a nursing home and a Nutritional Specialist at Nutri
System. I am IB-certified at Level One. |

| Personal Information: I grew up in Kansas City
and have lived in Washington, D.C., San Diego, and New Orleans before
moving to Waco. My husband, Kevin, is a professor of English
literature at Baylor University, and we have one son, Graham, who
is a third-grader at St. Paul's. We also have an apricot toy
poodle named Sophie. I enjoy travelling; some of my favorite
destinations have been Chicago, New York, Boston and London. |

| Educational Information: I have a BA in history and political
science from MidAmerica Nazarene University and an MA in history from
the University of San Diego. I am a member of the TAIR (Texas
Association For The Improvement Of Reading.) I am IB-certified
at Levels One and Three. |

| Professional Information: I am in my second year of teaching
at St. Paul's. Before this, I worked as a substitute teacher
at St. Paul's for several years and also directed the Guild of the
Christ Child at St. Paul's Church where we are members. In previous
jobs I have worked as an editor, a college history instructor, a museum
curator, and a congressional aide. |

Personal
Information: I moved to Waco from Del Rio, Texas fourteen
months ago. I live in Hewitt with my two dogs. I have
three grown sons who are married, and I have six grandchildren.
I attend St. Jerome's Catholic Church where I sing in the choir,
and I am a Eucharistic minister.
Educational Information:
I attended Texas Tech University, Sul Ross University, and St. Thomas
University.
Professional Information:
In Del Rio, I worked with Special Ed Students for twelve years.
I was also the Educational
Director for three years at the Del Rio Council for the Arts. |
